Recent Awards
In 2008 Judy received Certificates of Appreciation from Land and Water Australia for Contribution to the Defeating The Weed Menace program (2008), and from the NSW Local Government & Shires Association for Service to the people through Local Government (2008).
In March 2007 Judy received a Manly Daily Centenary Medal for services to the environment on Sydney's northern beaches.
The Roebuck Bay Working Group's management planning project facilitated by Community Solutions declared Winner of the Outstanding Community Group Effort in the 2007 WA Coastal Awards for Excellence.
The project led by SGS Economics & Planning, in which Community Solutions managed community engagement in the preparation of a new Urban Strategy for Marrickville Council, received a commendation in the Planning Institute of Australia Awards for Excellence 2007.
Judy Lambert was awarded an AM in the 2006 Australia Day Honours, for services to the community through a range of policy development and co-ordination roles within the conservation and environment movement, and to local government.SEE PHOTO
